A Little About Me

My Practice
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who’s here to support you through whatever you’re facing—whether it’s anxiety, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, or just feeling overwhelmed with life. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can be fully yourself, without judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on, figure out what’s getting in the way, and work toward meaningful change at your pace. I believe therapy should feel like a real, honest conversation—one where you’re seen, heard, and supported. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness tools, but I always adapt to what works best for you. At the heart of my work are values like compassion, authenticity, and respect. I enjoy working with adults and young adults who are ready to make sense of what they’re going through and move toward a more fulfilling life—even if they don’t have it all figured out yet (which is totally okay!).
What I'm Like
I’m warm, curious, and down-to-earth. My style is collaborative rather than directive—we’re a team in this process. I sometimes use humor when it fits, and I’m always honest with you in a gentle way. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, but never push you beyond what feels safe or right for you. People often tell me they feel comfortable opening up to me, even about things they’ve never said out loud before.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

Sessions are shaped around you—some days we may dive into deeper emotional work, other days we might focus on practical strategies to get through the week. I try to balance structure with flexibility, offering tools when needed while also giving space for whatever comes up. You can expect someone who really listens, checks in with you, and adapts as we go.

Our first session

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just come as you are. We’ll talk about your goals, your current struggles, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process. It’s a chance for us to get comfortable with each other and see if it feels like a good fit.
