A Little About Me
My Practice
My work is rooted in the belief that real change happens when we learn to see ourselves clearly and treat our inner world with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I don’t force breakthroughs or rush people into “fixing” themselves. I help them slow down, listen to what’s actually going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with a sense of self that feels grounded and real.
My core values in this work are presence, authenticity, honesty with oneself, and the freedom that comes from knowing who you are and choosing from that place.
I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without performing, without pretending, without needing to be “good” at healing.
I work especially well with people who feel everything deeply, think a lot, carry invisible pressure, and are tired of looking outside themselves for answers. Sensitive overachievers, creatives, professionals in transition, and individuals rebuilding their sense of self or feeling disconnected often find my approach supportive, clarifying, and a profound relief.
What I'm Like
I’m calm, intuitive, reflective, and deeply present. I bring a grounded energy into sessions, but also a creative, imaginative side that helps clients see possibilities they may not have considered.
I’m collaborative rather than directive. I don’t tell you who to be or how to live; instead, I help you hear yourself more clearly and trust what you find. I’m both gentle and honest. I won’t rush you, but I won’t let you avoid what matters either.
The space I hold is one of reflective depth and psychological safety, where you can show up without performance or pressure. My tone is more sincere than humorous, but I welcome moments of lightness when they naturally arise, especially when they help soften or release something we’re working through.
I’m a sensitive overachiever myself, so I understand the tension between wanting to grow and wanting to feel at peace. My work brings both together: ambition that feels aligned, and inner spaciousness that feels safe.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Sessions with me are structured around clarity and presence, but they’re not rigid or rushed. There’s an underlying framework that guides our work — exploring identity, understanding patterns, reconnecting with the body, and supporting aligned action — but the conversation itself is fluid and shaped by what you’re experiencing that day.
You can expect deep questions, grounding practices (including guided meditation and somatic awareness), reflective exercises, and creative exploration when it feels helpful. I often share personalized resources such as journaling prompts, meditations, or integration practices to support you between sessions.
My intention is always to help you hear your own truth more clearly and leave feeling more centered, aware, and connected to yourself. We move at your pace, but with intention. You’re not doing this alone; I’m fully present with you, and we navigate the process together.
Our first session
The first session is a slow, grounding introduction to your inner landscape. We take time to explore what’s been weighing on you, what feels out of alignment, and what you’re hoping to shift. There’s no pressure to have the perfect words; I guide the conversation with questions that help you make sense of where you are.
You can expect a calm, open space where you can speak freely, pause when needed, and begin reconnecting with yourself. By the end, most clients feel a mix of relief, clarity, and direction, and a sense of whether this is the right space for them.
