A Little About Me
My Practice
Neuroscience-Based Behavioral Change Expert | Brain Longevity Specialist | Integrative Health & Wellness Consultant
I’m Nada, the founder of WellPower, a neuroscience-driven integrative practice designed to help people reclaim their energy, repattern their nervous systems, and restore lasting health from the inside out.
My work bridges the science of the brain with the intelligence of the body, using an approach that is both clinical and deeply human.
With a foundation in Brain Longevity (certified by the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation) and advanced trainings as a Change Psychology & Modern Applied Psychology (DiMAP) Practitioner, I specialize in sustainable behavior change, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed healing. My practice is shaped by the groundbreaking Therapeutic work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Pat Ogden, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, and Janina Fisher, all of whom have deeply informed my understanding of trauma, attachment, and the body's innate ability to heal.
At WellPower, I work with clients who are often high-functioning but inwardly stuck, caught in cycles of overthinking, burnout, dysregulated eating, chronic fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. Through a unique integration of polyvagal theory, EFIT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and somatic-based strategies, I help people decode their survival responses, regulate their nervous systems, and create change that doesn’t require constant effort—because it’s aligned with how the brain actually works.
My approach is neuroscience-informed and behaviorally intelligent, but always personal. I don’t treat surface symptoms; I guide people into the root causes—often stored in the body, the subconscious, and outdated survival maps, and offer the tools to gently rewire them.
As a certified RYT-500 Yoga Practitioner, I bring deep expertise in Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, trauma-sensitive yoga, and somatic interoception practices, which I integrate with modern movement therapies like resistance training, Barre, and Pilates. These tools are essential not only for physical wellness but for repairing the brain-body communication pathways that govern safety, motivation, and healing.
I also hold certifications in Sports Nutrition, Integrative Nutrition, and Nutritional Psychiatry, using food not as a prescription, but as a powerful language between the brain, gut, hormones, and mood. I teach clients how to work with - not against- their biology, and how to rebuild metabolic and cognitive health from the inside out, especially through restorative sleep, inflammation reduction, and circadian rhythm repair.
Clients often say they come to me for one thing: weight, anxiety, burnout, but end up healing in ways they never expected. Because this work isn’t just about health; it’s about liberation.
If you’re seeking a practitioner who can connect the dots between your biology, behavior, and belief systems, who won’t pathologize your coping but will help you rewire it, then you’re in the right place.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about finally feeling safe enough to change.
And from that place, everything becomes possible.
Let’s rebuild, gently, intelligently, and powerfully, together.
What I'm Like
I certainly walk my talk and thus lean on my personal experience ( and share when and where needed) to give perspective to my patients on what they are going through, the journey they are in, the crossroads they will encounter and the hurdles they will face on the road to Change.
I am passionate about what i do and this pretty contagious.
I bring my authenticity, my humor, my seriousness, ,my empathy, my dedication, my experience, my professionalism and my all to the session!
My sessions are judgement free "zone", where we can explore, create, dissect, understand and move forward with full support.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
Depending on the case at hand, and the person i am working with, sessions can be structured towards a specific goal or can be completely fluid, explorative & intuitive.
