I believe in working collaboratively, respecting each person’s unique journey, and tailoring sessions to meet their individual needs and goals. At the core of my work is a deep respect for each client’s autonomy and strengths. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches help clients develop practical tools to navigate challenges, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and build a more meaningful and values-driven life.
