A Little About Me

My Practice
I offer online therapy in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental way. I place great emphasis on building a trusting and warm therapeutic relationship. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, or life transitions. My approach is mainly based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means we look at how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another and how certain patterns may contribute to distress. Together, we work to understand these patterns and develop practical tools to help you manage challenges and make meaningful changes in your life. I also pay attention to how past experiences and relationships may shape current difficulties, helping you gain deeper insight while building strategies for change. While my work is grounded in CBT, I adapt sessions to each individual, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on insight, emotional resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
What I'm Like
I work in a collaborative and structured way, tailoring sessions to each person’s needs and pace rather than applying a single fixed style. I tend to be reflective and attentive in my approach, while also using gentle direction when it helps clarify patterns or move things forward. Depending on the client and the moment, I may incorporate light humor, but the overall tone remains grounded, safe, and focused on meaningful change.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

In sessions, we’ll start by clarifying what you want to focus on, and we’ll use that as a guide throughout our work together. There’s some structure, but it stays flexible so we can follow what feels most important in the moment. I stay actively involved in the process, and we’ll work through things together as they come up.

Our first session

In the first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions about your current concerns, as well as your background and personal history as this helps us better understand your experiences. You’re always free to share at your own pace and focus on what feels most relevant. We’ll also start to clarify what you’d like to get out of therapy and how we might move forward together.
