A Little About Me
My Practice
For me, psychotherapy is a conversation between two people. A place where you do not have to manage everything alone. Often we meet when life feels complicated, heavy, or hard to make sense of. My intention is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can pause, think clearly, and find your way forward in a way that feels true to you.
I am an integrative therapist and tailor my work to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on an in-depth understanding of the human psyche, alongside a range of therapeutic approaches, to support meaningful and lasting change. A core focus of my work is longevity and brain health. Brain health is increasingly recognised as one of the most important wellness priorities of our time, driven by growing awareness of burnout, cognitive overload, emotional exhaustion, and the long-term risk of neurodegenerative disease. My work reflects this shift, supporting psychological wellbeing in ways that protect and strengthen cognitive and emotional resilience over the long term.
What Can You Expect From My Sessions
My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, bringing together psycho-education, relationship dynamics, and compassion-based work. I draw from both Western psychological theory and Eastern contemplative traditions, integrating somatic awareness, systemic thinking, mindfulness, and developmental perspectives in a grounded and practical way. This includes attention to nervous system regulation, stress physiology, habit formation, and meaning-making as key foundations for both mental wellbeing and brain health across the lifespan.
Rather than focusing on chasing happiness, the work supports a sense of wholeness. I support individuals to recognise survival-based patterns, develop greater awareness, and make changes where old ways of coping no longer serve them. With a focus on longevity, therapy becomes a space to build psychological flexibility, strengthen self-regulation, and cultivate sustainable ways of living that support long-term mental clarity, emotional balance, and vitality.
Our first session
In the first therapy sessions, you can expect a gentle exploration of your current experiences. We will begin by looking at your patterns of behaviour, your thoughts, and your emotional responses. Together, we will identify what feels helpful and what no longer serves you. This process is collaborative and paced to suit you, with the aim of increasing awareness, understanding how these patterns developed, and creating space for change that feels meaningful and manageable.
